We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our marketing operations, managing content workflows, leveraging technology tools, and supporting campaigns that showcase our brand's success and innovation. You will be working 40 hours per week during American business hours and get paid weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and publish content across channels (YouTube, Instagram, and Website)
- Manage content calendar and coordinate content creation workflow
- Oversee Testimonial platform (Senja) to promote client successes
- Support the development of marketing DM automation campaigns
- Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Maintain and optimizes marketing technology stack (Kit, Zapier, and Tally)
- Collaborate with the creative team on content strategy and production
- Leverage Tools to draft short and long-form text (CastMagic and GPT) and short-form Video (Opus)
- Document marketing processes and best practices
- Prospect to platform Hosts and Guests to create collaborative content
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 Years of work experience as a BizOps Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with managing and organizing large sets of information through databases
- Familiarity in the following technology tools: Notion, Tally, Kit (or similar email service provider)
