We are seeking a skilled and experienced GoHighLevel Technician to join our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain CRM solutions using the Go High Level platform. Create funnels, build automations, manage support tickets, onboard new clients, and execute email campaigns to optimize their CRM experience. You will be working 50 hours per week during American business hours and get paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain websites using the GoHighLevel platform
  • Handle and resolve client support tickets related to GHL promptly and effectively
  • Implement marketing automation sequences and workflows to optimize client campaigns
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to GoHighLevel platform and provide timely solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions
  • Customize GHL according to client requirements, including CRM data management, integration with third-party tools, and workflow automation.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of GHL-based solutions, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Has 2 years of experience as a GoHighLevel Technician/software technician
  • Fluent in American English, written and oral
  • Proficiency in using the GoHighLevel platform
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
  • This position may require occasional weekends or extended hours to meet project deadlines.
