We are currently seeking a skilled Spanish speaking contract administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting contracts, negotiating with clients, implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, and generating leads for new business opportunities. You will work 40 hours per week during American business hours and get paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and explaining contracts with clients and partners.
  • Managing contract databases and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Resolving contract disputes and facilitating negotiations between parties.
  • Conducting lead generation activities to identify potential clients and partners.
  • Implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract leads.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, or legal.
  • Experience in real estate is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and American English, written and oral
  • Proven experience in contract administration and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
