We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in GoHighLevel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of projects using the GoHighLevel platform, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving client objectives. You will be working 50 hours per week during American business hours and get paid weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure project profitability
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide training and support to clients on using the GoHighLevel platform effectively
Qualifications:
- Has 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager with expertise in GHL (GoHighLevel)
- Fluent in American English, written and oral
- Knowledgeable with Notion and GoHighLevel
- Familiar with project management methodologies
