We’re looking for a high-performing Google Ads PPC Manager to take ownership of driving measurable growth and ROI across paid search channels. This role demands hands-on expertise with Google Ads—including Performance Max, Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Local Services Ads (LSAs)—and a proven track record of generating conversions, reducing CPA, and scaling successful campaigns.

You’ll own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and execution to optimization and performance reporting—delivering data-backed results that directly impact client success. You will be working 40 hours/week during US business hours and receive weekly payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent lead generation and customer acquisition through Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and LSAs).
  • Build and optimize high-performing campaign structures aligned with KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, and conversion volume.
  • Conduct strategic keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and collaborate with creatives for high-impact visual assets.
  • A/B test headlines, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking (GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking, and Looker Studio) to attribute results and optimize spend.
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis and deliver clear, strategic reporting.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and beta features to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Partner with internal teams to align campaign strategy with broader marketing goals and sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Proven success with Performance Max, LSAs, and full-funnel strategies
  • Deep understanding of bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and attribution models
  • Proficient with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other paid platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Familiarity with landing page CRO and A/B testing tools (e.g., Unbounce, VWO)
  • Background in legal, healthcare, or professional services advertising
