We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for market research especially for construction materials, parts, and supplies. Your role will be maintaining contacts with vendors, calling potential clients and suppliers. Someone who can make presentations, with knowledge in structural engineering, and can read plans and blueprints. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Get paid per hour for 50 hours per week.

« Coordinate to vendors and suppliers
« Maintain contacts to existing and new potential clients
« Double check all orders, shipping, quantity, and what to do with the order
« Verify the data by comparing it to source documents
« Update existing data and generate reports
« Identify opportunities for process improvements & work collaboratively with the team to implement solutions
