We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, your role will be maintaining contacts with vendors, calling potential clients and suppliers, among other admin duties. Experience in using QuickBooks and Pipedrive is a must-have. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Get paid per hour in a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

« To generate leads on various platforms
« Conduct email outreach
« Manage social media engagement and interactions
« Coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers
« Maintain regular contact with existing and new prospective clients
« Verify all orders, shipping, quantity, and what to do with the order
« Update existing data and generate comprehensive reports
« Identify opportunities for process improvements & work collaboratively with the team to implement solutions

Preferred Skills

« Experience in QuickBooks and Pipedrive is a must
« Fluent in American English, written and oral
« Good understanding of the American business culture
