We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, your role will be maintaining contacts with vendors, calling potential clients and suppliers, among other admin duties. Experience in using QuickBooks is preferred. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Get paid per hour in a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

« To generate leads on various platforms
« To do email outreach
« To manage social media engagement
« Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
« Maintain contact with existing and new potential clients
« Double check all orders, shipping, quantity, and what to do with the order
« Update existing data and generate reports
« Identify opportunities for process improvements & work collaboratively with the team to implement solutions
