We are seeking an experienced Spanish speaking Real Estate Office Assistant. In this role, you will oversee their operations, including processing transactions from start to finish, ensuring smooth interactions with clients, and using CRM tools like Follow Up Boss to optimize processes. You will be working 50 hours per week and get paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactions including handling paperwork, ordering photos, sending thank-you letters, and scheduling appraisals, photoshoots, and inspections.
  • Manage client interactions and streamline processes.
  • Can do property listings and lead generation.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated expertise in virtual/office management with a track record of success.
  • Expertise in MLS platforms and Vulcan7.com
  • Experience with task management tools like Taskade.com.
  • Experience with Follow Up Boss.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
