We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Account Manager to support a fast-paced business owner with administrative tasks, CRM automation, and lead engagement. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly organized, and experienced in using CRM tools—particularly Bonzo. You will be working 40-50 hours/week during US business hours and receive weekly payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate workflows and optimize processes using Bonzo.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and coordination with internal team members
- Call and follow up with leads to set appointments and ensure timely communication
- Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy
- Provide bilingual support in both written and verbal communication
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to streamline operations and improve lead conversions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CRM Management, or similar role
- Experience with Bonzo (CRM) is a MUST.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and comfortable working independently
- Tech-savvy with the ability to automate and improve administrative workflows
