The Sales & Appointment Setter is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients. The primary goal is to increase the company’s sales pipeline and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s services.
Having effective skills to bring in a vast amount of sales
Handling customers’ needs in an efficient manner
Being effective at handling customer’s queries or complaints
Working well with team members and other departments
Perform administrative duties.
Experience in the field of sales and appointment-setting
Having knowledge about GHL for lead generation (Preferred)
Cold calling experience.
Good communication skills and attitude.
