About the Bilingual Executive Assistant position

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide support with clerical tasks, ensuring all related corporate procedures are well-organized and performed on time. A successful candidate should be able to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the company's needs and adhering to its policies.

Executive Assistant responsibilities are:

  • Help to establish contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow

  • Manage information for internal and external communication including memos, emails, presentations, reports

  • Supervise the performance of operations and administrative staff

  • Help executives arrange their daily schedule, setting up meetings, travel, speaking engagements and ensuring they follow their agenda

  • Receive and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Manage office filing system

  • Perform office management operations by keeping up with office supply inventory

Executive Assistant requirements are:

  • Experience as a personal assistant or similar is preferred

  • Profound experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as Real Estate knowledge (pree

  • Outstanding MS Office knowledge and English proficiency

  • Strong organizational and time management skills,

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidentiality and discretion

  • High School degree; PA diploma or certification will be a bonus
