Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to introduce our services and demonstrate how we can meet the unique needs of potential clients. (B2B)
- Persuade decision-makers that our solutions are the perfect fit for their business, highlighting the value we bring
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our expert providers to ensure personalized service and support.
- Answer incoming calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- To come up with new ideas on how to reach more or better customers
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Fluent in English, written and oral
- Experience in cold calling and appointment setting, as well as with knowledge on technical terms
