Job Description: Bilingual Intake Specialist
Position Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and empathetic Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide a seamless intake experience for clients, gather essential information, and ensure accurate documentation. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, emails, and messages in both languages.
- Conduct thorough client intake by gathering detailed information regarding personal injury cases.
- Assess client needs to route them to the appropriate department or professional.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the company’s CRM or database.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Communicate policies, procedures, and next steps clearly and compassionately.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all required documentation is collected and accurate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for client onboarding.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate matters as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, intake, or administrative roles in the Legal field.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools (G Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Empathy and a client-focused approach to service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Knowledge of intake procedures within US Law firms.
