The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties such as managing the accounts' receivable function, with a specific focus on accounts receivable factoring. You will support an American company and this position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience. You will be working during American business hours (night shift) for 50 hours/week and get paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

« To coordinate with the factoring company to optimize the accounts receivable process

« To facilitate the smooth transfer of invoices and supporting documentation to the factoring company

« To record daily business transactions

« To update the ledger and budgets

« Financial analysis

« To keep track of client’s expenses and bills

« To process and manage client’s payroll

« If required, to manage client’s credit cards

« To assist with audits and fact-checking

« To process reimbursement forms

« To issue customer invoices and prepare cost estimates

« To manage bank transfers and schedule payments

« To prepare transaction and expenditure reports

« To help to monitor budgets and expenditure

Qualifications:

« Experience in Account receivables factoring is a must.

« A degree in Accounting (Associate, BA, or MA) CMA is a plus.

« Experience working as an Accounting Specialist for US clients for 2+ years

« Fluent in American English (written and oral)

« Solid knowledge of Xero and Quickbooks
