We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Broker Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting brokers by managing various tasks, including cold calling and administrative duties. This position is essential for ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations within our brokerage services. You will be working 40 hours per week during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential brokers and clients to generate leads and promote our funding services.
- Assist brokers in managing their accounts, responding to inquiries, and providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Work closely with the brokerage team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the finance or brokerage sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform cold calling and engage potential clients confidently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
