We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will manage tasks related to medical records within the law firm, requiring a strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with medical providers to check the status of requests for records and ensure receipt.
- Verify and confirm request details, including fax numbers, phone numbers, addresses, and checks payable information.
- Accurately document all retrieved information in Salesforce for seamless tracking and follow-up.
- Conduct consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure requests are fulfilled efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with medical providers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
